Our NATE certified technicians are ready to respond quickly when a heating or cooling emergency arises. We can typically respond within 24 hours, when calling before 10 AM.
Our policy:
We charge a nominal $85.00 diagnostic fee to determine the exact cause of the problem you're encountering. After the problem is diagnosed you will be given an exact quote to perform those repairs. Upon your approval, we will perform the repair to your equipment; start, run and test the system to make sure all systems are working to your satisfaction. All work performed by us is warranted for a full year.
Some customers ask whether the $85.00 diagnostic fee can be applied to the repair cost. Instead of "hiding the cost in the repair as many companies do, we simply offer an upfront, honest cost to perform the diagnostics.
How do we price repairs?
We have found that the honest, straightforward solution to pricing our repairs is the "flat rate" method. Everyone receives the same price, taken from our price book. Our technicians can show you the price, including discounts offered for loyal customers. The repair fee includes all labor, materials, etc.
What if we have to return?
You will never be billed twice for an $85.00 diagnostic fee.
Precision Tune-Ups and Annual Maintenance
 |
There is nothing better for your heating and/or air conditioning system than annual maintenance. Annual maintenance allows your system to work at peak efficiency year in and year out. A system that is maintained annually experiences considerably fewer breakdowns.
This virtually eliminates the need for you to pay for costly repairs. You’ll enjoy the peace of mind in knowing that your system is saving you money on your utility bills every time it comes on. In some instances, the energy savings are enough to pay the cost of the planned annual maintenance service.
Planned maintenance customers receive priority schedule time and a 10% discount on all parts. We also offer one time tune-up service to those customers that do not wish to sign an agreement. Both options include the following:
